PoseFreeze is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect any personally identifiable information. The only data handled by the app includes:

• Challenge Records: Your best hold times and challenge counts for each pose. This data is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults.
• Device Motion Data: Real-time accelerometer and gyroscope readings are used during challenges to measure stability. This data is processed in real-time and is never stored or transmitted.
• Safety Acknowledgment: A boolean flag indicating whether you have acknowledged the safety disclaimer, stored locally.

2. How We Use Your Information

All data is used solely to provide the core functionality of the app:

• To display your personal challenge records and statistics
• To track your progress across different poses
• To determine stability during active challenges

3. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure UserDefaults and file system. We do not operate any servers, cloud databases, or remote storage. Your data remains on your device unless you manually delete the app.

4. Third-Party Services

PoseFreeze does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. We do not use Firebase, Google Analytics, AdMob, or any similar services.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any user data with third parties. Since all data is local-only, there is no mechanism for data transmission.

6. Children's Privacy

PoseFreeze is not specifically directed to children under the age of 13. However, the app does not collect any personal information from any user regardless of age. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will assist in removing such data from the device.

7. Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

• Access: All your records are visible within the app on the Records tab.
• Delete: You can clear all records at any time via Settings > Clear All Records. Uninstalling the app will remove all stored data from your device.
• Correction: Challenge records are automatically updated when you achieve a new best time.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
