            TL;DR: PhysChoice is designed with privacy in mind. We do not collect personal data, do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and do not transmit any of your data to external servers. All your decision templates and preferences are stored locally on your device.

PhysChoice collects and processes the following types of information:

2. How We Use Your Information

All data collected by PhysChoice is used solely to provide the app's core functionality:

Motion Sensor Data: Temporary access to your device's accelerometer is used only during the "Draw Sticks" feature when you physically shake your device. This data is processed in real-time and is never stored or transmitted.
Decision Templates: The decision options and templates you create are saved locally on your device in a JSON file within the app's Documents directory.
App Preferences: Your theme selection, physics parameters, sound settings, and haptic preferences are stored locally using iOS UserDefaults.

3. Data Storage and Security

PhysChoice operates entirely offline. All data is stored locally on your device using Apple's secure storage mechanisms:

Decision templates are stored in the app sandbox's Documents folder.
Preferences are stored via UserDefaults and protected by iOS sandboxing.
No data is uploaded to cloud servers, external APIs, or third-party services.

4. Third-Party Services

PhysChoice does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The app contains no external libraries that collect or transmit user data.

5. Children's Privacy

PhysChoice does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account registration and does not collect identifiable information. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will promptly delete such information.

6. Your Rights

Because all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it:

Access: All your templates and settings are visible within the app.
Delete: You can delete individual templates within the app, or uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
Modify: You can edit or update your templates and preferences at any time.

7. Data Retention

Your data remains on your device for as long as you keep the app installed. Uninstalling PhysChoice will delete all locally stored templates and preferences from your device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
