SpotTheDifference respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our data practices for our mobile application available on the Apple App Store.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

The App operates entirely offline. We do NOT collect: Personal information, Location data, Usage analytics, Device identifiers, Financial information, Photos or media files, Contacts or social media data.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores level completion status, star ratings, and best completion times locally using UserDefaults. All data remains on your device and is never transmitted to any server.

4. Third-Party Services

The App does NOT integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. Uses only Apple built-in frameworks: SwiftUI, Combine, UIKit.

5. Data Security

All data is stored locally using iOS sandboxed UserDefaults, protected by iOS security mechanisms. No network transmission means no risk of data interception.

6. Data Deletion

Delete the App from your device and all locally stored data will be automatically removed by iOS.

7. Childrens Privacy

The App is family-friendly and suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the App Store listing.
