3. Data Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following data locally on your device using Core Data (Apple's local database framework):

Property information (address, rent amount, contract dates)
Tenant information (name, phone number, move-in date)
Rent payment records
Utility meter readings and calculations
Reminder schedules

This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly export it using the backup feature.

4. Third-Party Services

LandlordLedger does NOT use any third-party services, SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising networks. The App operates entirely offline without any network connections.

5. Data Security

Your data is protected by:

Apple's iOS device-level encryption
App sandbox isolation (iOS security model)
No network transmission (data cannot be intercepted)
Optional backup/export under your full control

6. Data Deletion

You have complete control over your data:

Delete individual records within the App at any time
Uninstalling the App will permanently delete all stored data
No residual data exists on any server after deletion

7. Children's Privacy

LandlordLedger is not directed at children under 13. The App does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
